General information about the online store


The products in the online store are sold by Oy Neurosonic Finland Ltd, Business ID 2370999-5. We sell products to adults in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.


Ordering


Products are mainly ordered online at www.neurosonic.fi via the shopping cart.


All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing your order.


The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Delivery time


We ship products on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Delivery times are announced for each product on the product pages at www.neurosonic.fi.


Delivery method and shipping costs

We deliver orders as freight or via road transport. The freight shipment is unloaded at the delivery address in the immediate vicinity of the transport vehicle, which means that delivery to the door of an apartment in an apartment building, for example, is not possible.


Exchange and return conditions


The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred for the return.


Please include the following information with your return:


-your customer number, name, address and telephone number


-your bank account number


-and a copy of the Neurosonic online store order confirmation


Returns must always be agreed separately with our customer service info@neurosonic.fi


We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.

Service products or digital content do not have a right of withdrawal if the service has been fully performed or the electronic delivery of the digital content has begun. Therefore, digital products cannot be returned either.


Problems with transportation and defective products


If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@neurosonic.fi or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the post office immediately.


Ownership


Ownership of the Purchased Item is transferred from the Seller to the Buyer once the purchase price has been paid in full to the Seller.

The Seller has the right to take back possession of the Purchased Item if the Buyer neglects his obligations related to the payment of the purchase price or other payments or otherwise violates these terms and conditions.


Change


We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.


Neurosonic treats all customer information with complete confidentiality. Neurosonic undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.


Ownership of the products is transferred after the customer has paid the order in full.

Neurosonic Warranty

Oy Neurosonic Finland grants a twenty-four (24) month warranty for the device. The warranty period is calculated to start from the date on which the first user of the device has taken possession of the product. This warranty applies to the territory of Finland and does not limit the applicability of mandatory legislation in force in Finland, such as the Consumer Protection Act, to the sale of the device.

If there is a defect in the product, Oy Neurosonic Finland or its authorized dealer will repair the defective device or provide the user with another device at its discretion. Oy Neurosonic Finland is not responsible for any damage that may result from defects. The warranty or other liability of Oy Neurosonic Finland for defects does not apply to normal wear and tear of the device or the tablet used for control that comes with the device. The warranty also does not apply to situations where (i) the error or defect is caused by the user, (ii) the device has been used contrary to the instructions for use, incorrectly or negligently, (iii) the device has been connected to another device, repaired or opened or otherwise modified or installed incorrectly, or (iv) the device has been resold by someone other than a consumer without Oy Neurosonic Finland and the original purchaser of the device having expressly agreed on the delivery of the product for the purpose of resale. If the user of the device wishes to invoke the warranty granted by Oy Neurosonic Finland, the user must present a legible receipt for the device's purchase. The user must also claim a defect in the device during the warranty period within two months of the time he discovered the defect or should have discovered it.
