General Information About the Online Store
The products in the online store are sold by Oy Neurosonic Finland Ltd, business ID 2370999-5. We sell products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU area. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are primarily ordered via the internet at www.neurosonic.fi through the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, stating the price of the order, shipping costs, and ordered products. Receiving the order confirmation requires providing an email address when placing the order.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions valid for each order.

We send an order confirmation by email, which includes:
- Order number
- Ordered products
- Total invoice amount
Payment Methods and Payment Service Provider

The payment transfer service and the payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Delivery Time
We ship products on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Delivery times are notified for each product on the product pages at www.neurosonic.fi.
Shipping Method and Costs
We deliver orders via freight transport or through Matkahuolto. Freight delivery is unloaded to the delivery address near the transport vehicle, which means delivery to the door of an apartment in a multi-story building is not possible.
Exchange and Return Policy
Customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The return right only applies to unused and marketable products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Include the following information with the return:
- Customer number, name, address, and phone number
- Bank account number
- A copy of the Neurosonic online store order confirmation
Returns must always be agreed upon separately with our customer service at info@neurosonic.fi.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.
Service products or digital content do not have a right of cancellation if the service has been fully performed or if the delivery of digital content electronically has commenced. Therefore, digital products cannot be returned.
Problems During Transport and With Defective Products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged, or the wrong product is delivered, the customer must report the error immediately to info@neurosonic.fi or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made immediately to the post office.
Ownership Rights
Ownership of the product transfers from the seller to the buyer once the full purchase price has been paid to the seller.
The seller has the right to reclaim the product if the buyer neglects to pay the purchase price or other related payments or otherwise violates these terms.
Other
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must review the valid delivery terms before placing an order.
Neurosonic processes all customer information confidentially. Neurosonic commits not to disclose customer information to third parties.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once the order is fully paid.

Neurosonic Warranty

Oy Neurosonic Finland Ltd grants a twenty-four (24) month warranty for the device. The warranty period starts from the day the device's first user takes possession of the product. This warranty applies within Finland and does not limit the applicability of mandatory legislation in Finland, such as the Consumer Protection Act.
If there is a defect in the product, Oy Neurosonic Finland or its authorized dealer will repair the defective device or provide another device at its discretion. Oy Neurosonic Finland is not responsible for any damages caused by defects. The warranty or any other liability of Oy Neurosonic Finland does not cover normal wear and tear of the device or the tablet used for control that comes with the device. The warranty also does not cover situations where (i) the defect or fault is caused by the user, (ii) the device has been used against the instructions, improperly, or negligently, (iii) the device has been connected to another device, repaired or opened, or otherwise modified or installed incorrectly, or (iv) the device has been resold by someone other than the consumer without Oy Neurosonic Finland and the original purchaser expressly agreeing on the delivery of the product for resale. If the user wants to invoke the warranty granted by Oy Neurosonic Finland, the user must present the purchase receipt, which must be legible. The user must also invoke the defect in the device within the warranty period within two months of discovering the defect or when it should have been discovered.
