Which Neurosonic device is right for you?
The Neurosonic divan combines stylish design, performance and comfort. It is well suited for home, work wellness spaces and fitness centers. Antibacterial and dirt-repellent materials make it easy to use. The divan supports sleep quality, stress management and recovery with Neurosonic's low-frequency vibration technology.
The Neurosonic Professional chair is designed for demanding professional use, such as in clinics and offices. The zero gravity position and advanced vibration technology enable deep relaxation and effective recovery. The chair is controlled by an app, which offers programs for activation, relaxation and sleep.
Neurosonic Mobile Mattress Gen2 is a versatile solution for both home use and mobile professionals. The lightweight and easily portable mattress supports the well-being of the whole family, promotes sleep and reduces stress. The programs adjustable via the app make it a flexible tool for use in the healthcare sector as well.
The Neurosonic Harmonia is placed under the cushions of an existing bed or sofa, transforming any resting surface into a recovery space. It is discreet, lightweight and easily portable – an ideal solution for use at home, in the office or on the go.
Which program should you choose?
Start with a 25-minute relaxation program that supports sleep quality and helps relieve stress. If you experience sleep challenges, avoid activating programs at first.

Maintenance and warranty
Do not service the device yourself other than as described below. If you experience any problems with the device, first review the troubleshooting instructions here.
Store the device in a place where it is not exposed to excessive dust. Dust accumulation can prevent the system from operating reliably. Vacuum the ventilation duct of the device's central unit 2-3 times a year. This will ensure that the central unit is cooled properly. The device's upholstery can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. You can use a disinfectant cleaner on artificial leather. Test the suitability of the substance on a small area first. Do not use corrosive solvents for cleaning. Make sure that no water or other liquids get into the device. Neurosonic devices are guaranteed for twenty-four (24) months. The warranty period is calculated to start from the date on which the first user of the device has taken possession of the product. This warranty applies in Finland and does not limit the applicability of mandatory legislation in force in Finland, such as the Consumer Protection Act, to the sale of the device.
If there is a defect in the product, Oy Neurosonic Finland or its authorized dealer will repair the defective device or provide the user with another device at its discretion. Oy Neurosonic Finland is not responsible for any damages that may arise from defects.
The warranty or other liability of Oy Neurosonic Finland for defects does not apply to normal wear and tear of the device or to the tablet used for control ordered as a companion product of the device. The warranty also does not apply to situations where (I) the error or defect is caused by the user, (II) the device has been used contrary to the instructions for use, incorrectly or negligently, (III) the device has been connected to another device, repaired or opened, otherwise modified or installed incorrectly, or (IV) the device has been resold by someone other than a consumer without Oy Neurosonic Finland and the original purchaser of the device having expressly agreed to deliver the product for the purpose of resale.
If the user of the device wishes to invoke the warranty granted by Oy Neurosonic Finland, the user must present a legible receipt for the purchase of the device. The user must also invoke a defect in the device during the warranty period within two months of the time when he discovered the defect or should have discovered it.

Contraindications
The relaxation method is suitable for all ages and is safe to use. For example, pacemakers, pain stimulators or metal artificial joints do not prevent the use of Neurosonic.
Our technology utilizes the body's own frequency ranges and the devices operate in the same frequency range as the body's own tissues' vibrations. Therefore, the possibility of side effects is low. Some people may experience side effects such as nausea or headaches, but this usually disappears after 1-2 uses.
To avoid feeling sick or having a headache after using the device, we recommend drinking plenty of water.
There are no age restrictions on the use of the devices. If you have epilepsy, migraines or any other disease that affects the brain and causes serious symptoms as a result, do not use activating programs at all. In the above situations, we recommend that the vibration is not directed at the head area at all.
If you have any of the following, do not use the device:
• Acute inflammatory condition that can spread
• Acute disc herniation
• Acute blood clot
• Acute cancer
• You are pregnant • You have a cold or fever • You are at risk of retinal or lens detachment
• On the day of vaccination
• You are at risk of internal bleeding
Ask your doctor if you are unsure about the suitability of the device for you.
Although there is already a wealth of research evidence and subjective customer experiences on the preventive and therapeutic effects of vibration therapy, Neurosonic is not a medical device. However, the process is ongoing and new research data and customer experiences are constantly accumulating.
However, we would like to emphasize that Neurosonic does not replace medical treatment prescribed by a doctor, nor does it eliminate the real root cause of musculoskeletal problems. However, it can very well serve as a form of support alongside medical treatments, for example to improve sleep quality. Although the topic has not yet been studied for Neurosonic, we also have a lot of information from customer experiences about Neurosonic's effect on metabolism and blood circulation.
Payment options and billing information
Neurosonic offers several payment methods in addition to direct payment – you can choose the option that suits you best. Here you will find answers to the most common questions about payment methods.
Companies: My leasing contract is about to expire, what should I do?
The leasing agreement period ends automatically at the end of the agreement period without separate notice. After the agreement period ends, Neurosonic will send you a final redemption invoice, upon payment of which the device will be transferred to your ownership.

Sennheiser headphones and music licenses
You can also purchase Sennheiser headphones and a music license for your Neurosonic device. The music license includes 8 different soundtracks specially designed for Neurosonic programs. The license is valid forever. You will receive detailed instructions on how to activate the music license when you order.
The headphones got the wrong kind of audio sound that doesn't work on the tablet, how do I do it?
Sennheiser's headphone package also includes another smaller audio speaker. Twist the cord attached to the headset to release it and replace the headset with a smaller cord.
How do I attach the audio cable of the headphones to the control tablet of the table and floor stand?
The protective cover at the bottom of the tablet is closed with two screws. The protective cover next to the power cord must be opened with a screwdriver and there is a place for the headphone connection under it.
