Neurosonic devices are operated via an app. The app offers a clear and easy-to-use way to select programs for relaxation, recovery, activation and Power Naps – at the right time for your needs. Available on the App Store and Google Play.

Choose the program and duration that suits you best
Through the mobile app, you can choose from 10–41-minute programs developed by experts for relaxation, recovery, activation, or power boosts.The program can be scheduled to start later if necessary - how would it sound to start the morning with a light activation?

Adjust the power to your needs and monitor the program duration in the app
In the app, you can adjust the vibration intensity to suit your own needs.
On the programme start screen, you can select the vibration intensity from preset strength levels. Once the programme has started, you can fine-tune the intensity of each vibration zone using the sliders.
With sleep difficulties, less is often more. We recommend always starting with the app's default settings. If the goal is, for example, faster recovery, improved peripheral circulation, or metabolic support, the intensity can be increased as needed to settings above the mid-level.

Track your usage history and discover Neurosonic Insights
Your Neurosonic usage history helps identify which programmes and times of day work best for you.
The new Neurosonic Insights takes tracking further: it brings together the key metrics for sleep, stress and recovery in a single view and shows how your use of Neurosonic is reflected in your body's response over time. The metrics are based on assessments from your connected provider (e.g. Oura).

Receive recommendations and try your own program combinations
Experienced users share their tips on the benefits of different programs for different needs – from recovery to alertness regulation.
In the app, you can create your own program combinations and rate the recommended ones to help other users find what works best for them.

Built on over 15 years of research and development, the program library brings together recommendations from experts in various fields. In the library, you will find carefully selected programs to support a variety of symptoms and challenges – from recovery to improving sleep quality.
