We will be raffling off one (1) Neurosonic Harmonia monthly among all Neurosonic newsletter subscribers for the winner to use for one (1) month.

The value of the prize is approximately 450 euros, and the value of the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Neurosonic undertakes to pay the statutory taxes on the prizes announced in these Official Rules.

The draw is valid until further notice.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The competition is open to all persons permanently residing in Finland. Participation by persons under the age of 18 requires the consent of a guardian. Representatives of companies participating in the competition and their family members are not allowed to participate in the draw.

INVOLVEMENT

You can participate by subscribing to Neurosonic's newsletter. By signing up for the email list, you agree to receive marketing messages (e.g. offers, shopping cart reminders) from Oy Neurosonic Finland Ltd to the email address provided, including automated marketing emails. Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

PRIZE

Neurosonic Harmonia for one month for the winner.

The winner of the draw agrees to the terms and conditions specified in the test agreement .

The product package will be delivered by post to the address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for any costs incurred in receiving the prize. Neurosonic will pay for and provide instructions for returning the product after the test period has ended.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes.

DECISION CRITERIA AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNING

The winner of the prize will be drawn during the first week of each month and the winner will be notified personally to the email address provided by the participant.

If the person who won the product package cannot be reached within a week of being notified of the win, the organizer has the right to draw a new winner.

ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY

Participants in the campaign release the organizer and any other partners of the draw from any damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participation in this draw or by receipt or use of the prize. The organizer's liability to participants may not under any circumstances exceed the value or amount of the prizes mentioned in these rules.

The organizer is not responsible for any problems or obstacles caused by IT reasons in participating in the raffle or receiving the prize.

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided to the organizer when participating.

OTHER CONDITIONS

By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to comply with these rules and the decisions made by the organizer based on them.

If there is reason to suspect a participant of fraud or other illegal activity, the organizer has the right to reject the participation and exclude the participant from the draw.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the raffle, its rules, prizes, time or other matters affecting the implementation of the raffle without separate notice. Changes will be announced at neurosonic.fi
