Verve Terapia Pori: Neurosonic has enhanced the results of different therapy methods

The Verve Terapia Pori unit employs both physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The Neurosonic divan came to us in the spring of 2019. It has been used a lot in customer work, especially in connection with psychophysical physiotherapy. Our therapists have experienced Neurosonic as a good additional tool, e.g. in the therapy of clients struggling with sleep disorders, anxiety and alertness challenges, and in pain patients' nervous system regulation problems. We have also had goal-oriented sports customers visit us on the Neurosonic divan in the hope of better recovery.

All in all, Neurosonic has offered new possibilities and enhanced the results of different therapy methods. We have also received feedback that Neurosonic has helped to calm down and focus on the therapy itself when the divan has been used before the actual therapy begins. In such cases, therapy sometimes allows you to catch up more quickly and deeply with the exercises themselves, because the focus has already been shifted from the mind to the body. It is of course absolutely important to express pain, physical challenges and different sensations, but sometimes words and excessive talking can even slow down the progress of rehabilitation.

Neurosonic has brought some customers an understanding that words are not always needed, but wisdom and self-understanding can also be born through the body. This is of course clear to our physiotherapists and occupational therapists, and our work is always based on a holistic understanding of human health, but Neurosonic has also helped some of our customers to better understand this connection between body and mind. However, sometimes the benefit of the treatment can be "just" a general calming down for a while, but its importance should not be underestimated. The benefits of Neurosonic treatment can therefore be viewed from many different points of view, and it must also be remembered that the effects of the treatment are always very individual.
