Customer Reference OP Financial Group: Recovery During the Workday with the Help of Neurosonic

OP Financial Group has actively invested in the well-being of its employees for several years by providing them with, for example, relaxation rooms for recovery during the workday. In some of OP's offices, these relaxation rooms also feature Neurosonic divans.

We anonymously asked OP Financial Group employees for feedback on Neurosonic and how they use it during their workdays. A total of 440 people responded to the survey.

Nearly all users would recommend Neurosonic to a colleague.
Over 70% of respondents had tried Neurosonic.
Most respondents used Neurosonic monthly or less frequently, but it was encouraging to see that a significant portion of users had tried it more than once. Even with less frequent use, users reported noticing improvements in their well-being, and many believed that regular use could lead to even more significant positive effects.
Just under 30% of respondents had not tested Neurosonic.
The majority of those who hadn't tried it were unaware of the device's existence, didn’t know how to book a session, or cited scheduling conflicts as a barrier.
Respondents who hadn't yet tested Neurosonic still showed enthusiasm for trying out the divans after learning about them in the survey and, along with those who had used them, felt that offering Neurosonic as part of workplace well-being is a significant benefit.

Recovery during the workday and better sleep

Neurosonic is most commonly used in OP Financial Group's offices for recovery during the workday and relaxation after work. Feedback from users highlights Neurosonic's positive impact on daytime recovery, stress reduction, unwinding after the workday, and improved sleep quality.

Many who had used Neurosonic felt that it especially helped them sustain their energy during the workday. The survey frequently mentioned the noticeable effect of a 10-minute "Power Nap" on energy levels and focus for the remainder of the day. Several respondents also reported using Neurosonic after work, which helped them leave work-related thoughts at the office and head home feeling refreshed. Neurosonic was described as a great way to "clear one's mind."

There were also comments about recovery after exercise, where Neurosonic had a positive effect. Users experienced faster recovery from physical activity with the help of Neurosonic and appreciated the much-needed breaks it provided from the static nature of desk work.

The connection between Neurosonic and better sleep quality came up frequently in the comments. Users not only reported feeling improvements in their sleep but also noticed positive changes in their sleep quality through data from their smartwatches or Oura rings.

Even if significant benefits weren't felt after the first few uses, Neurosonic was still seen as a valuable reminder and opportunity to take breaks during the workday. Users were willing to try different Neurosonic programs to explore its potential further.

The survey was conducted in collaboration with OP Financial Group and Neurosonic in the spring of 2024.
