Neurosonic Harmonia works in the same way as other Neurosonic products, based on low-frequency vibrations that influence the human autonomic nervous system. The vibrations of Neurosonic's programs either activate or restore the nervous system, affecting recovery, sleep quality and stress reduction.
However, the appearance of Neurosonic Harmonia differs significantly from other Neurosonic products. The product consists of thin elements that are placed in the bed under the mattress. This way, the product guarantees a unique Neurosonic experience in your own bed or while traveling. Neurosonic Harmonia integrates into any bed without raising the height of the mattress and its elements are length adjustable so that all the vibrations hit the user's body optimally.
Harmonia, like other Neurosonic devices, is controlled by the Neurosonic application. From the application, you can choose a suitable program, adjust the intensity of the vibrators, set Harmonia's wake-up and timer functions and customize programs that suit you. From the application's library, you can also browse programs based on the recommendations of other Neurosonic users. The Neurosonic app can be downloaded from app stores.
Neurosonic Harmonia is equipped with Neurosonic's new GEN2 technology, which is about 1.5 times more effective than GEN1 products. However, the strength of the vibration is affected by the structure and thickness of the materials under and on top of the Neurosonic Harmonia, in other words, the materials of your bed. The functionality of the product has been made possible by bringing Neurosonic's technology from the largest mattresses to a compact size, which is why the sounds of Harmonia's vibrators may sound a little louder compared to other Neurosonic devices. The intensity of the sounds heard from the harmonica depends a lot on the running program and the powers used. Even when installed on the bed base, the resonance of the vibrators can create extra sounds, so it is important to note that Harmonia is positioned so that its vibrators can move freely. In which Beds does Harmonia work?
Neurosonic Harmonia fits all beds, making them a place for recovery, better sleep and stress reduction.
The ideal place for Harmonia is under the thickest mattress on the bed. If your bed has a thicker mattress (about 10–15 cm), Harmonia can also be placed under it. If the Harmonia elements can be felt through the replacement mattress, move the device under a thicker mattress to ensure better sleep ergonomics.
Harmonia can also be placed directly on top of the slatted base of the bed. If this causes too much resonance, try placing, for example, a tent mattress or a yoga mat between the slat base and Harmonia.
Harmonia can also be used in motorized beds. In this case, make sure that the elements of the product are not placed in the folds of the bed. By directing the cord to come out of the end of the bed, you ensure that the elements stay in place. In adjustable beds, this is especially important, as the cord coming from the side is constantly compressed between the bed frame.
You can also try Harmonia placed under the sofa cushions, taking into account the placement of the head and feet (power cord on the side of the head).
However, the biggest impact on Harmonia's user experience is the layout of the product so that there is no completely hard platform under Harmonia. This ensures that the vibrators can move optimally and that the vibration is transmitted to the user. For example, use under a futon directly on a hard surface is not recommended, but there should be some padding in between (e.g. a tent mattress) to guarantee the efficient operation of the vibrators.
