It's nice to be 10 years old!


Our company turned 10 years old this week on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. At that age, he already begins to understand what kinds of laws apply in life and in the world and begins to apply them as part of his own activities. As a company, we have deliberately taken our operations forward in a long-term way and without making too much of a fuss about ourselves. We have let our satisfied customers do the talking for us, and there are good reasons for this. As a company, we strive to do things transparently, and our activities are guided by closeness to people and the honesty that is essentially part of it. We do not want to sell our products to anyone without the customer being completely sure of their purchase.

The 10-year-old still makes mistakes, but he learns from them and does not repeat them on purpose. This is also the case with Neurosonic; we are not perfect, but we want to do everything as well as possible, so that above all our customers are satisfied, but also because good and high-quality work feeds positivity, work ethic and service spirit. We have received a lot of feedback about the fast, warm and competent customer service, and for this the biggest thanks goes to our excellent team in Helsinki, Oulu and Lahti. Personally, I can say that our team is the best work community I've ever worked in; everyone cheers and compliments each other and you can always count on each other's support. In addition, multi-professionalism brings a wide-ranging perspective to things, whether it's development work, sales or logistics.

The 10-year-old is curious and searches and learns new things quickly. This is how we want to operate as a company. We strive to develop, develop and research things so that we are even better and our customers are even more satisfied. Why? We have a strong mission; we want to change the world so that everyone would be better off. One of the missions is to highlight recovery and rest during the working day in order to make it socially acceptable. We know that recovery should be a part of the whole day and the recovery experienced/happened during the day contributes to getting a better night's sleep. Making this happen is a big job, but we're off to a good start.

10 years ago, I would not have believed what kind of adventure the founding of Oy Neurosonic Finland Ltd would lead to. The company was founded in the strong belief that the use of vibration to promote well-being and even health will be a big deal in the future. The company started because one owner's restless legs calmed down after only four "vibration sessions". That's how it still is - the effect of Neurosonic has to be experienced before it is believed. We Finns are a fair people in the sense that when someone acts, others are told about it. This is the best and most sustainable marketing. A Finn will not tell unless he is sure, because otherwise he will be laughed at. ;)

Now this 10-year-old is ready to spread his wings to conquer foreign countries , we have been able to train at home and now we want to join the international racetracks. We are opening marketing channels and partnerships in many countries and that will be its own task. We believe in ourselves and we believe in our products, so convincing is our customer feedback, and surely the new research report to be published in the near future will only increase the convincingness of our company.

Personally, I would like to thank all the wonderful and inspiring people I have met and been with over the years, and I say that the journey continues. Humble, but determined, we take our mission forward. See you soon!
